It is dedicated to ensure: # to be a management and operations tool # to be an entry point for all Egee actors for their operational needs # to manage the available informations about EGEE VOs and related VOs # to monitor and ensure grid day-to-day operations on grid resources and services Each actor of Egee will then be able to enter or have access to informations from an operational point of view according to its role into Egee - what we define as an actor's view: # VO views : actions depending upon VO Managers and VO administrator # VO mb views : actions depending upon VO members responsabilities # RC views : actions depending upon RC responsabilities # and so on with COD, ROC and OAG Home section of the portal is public. Other sections are secured using certificates and SSL authentication. ################################### Main changes from v-4.2 ################################### Main changes are presented in 5 groups: 1- New features 2- Improvements of existing features 3- Bug fixes 4- Failover related work 5- integration and parallel work additionnaly, the exhaustive development list is published at the end of this document, giving for each development the following information: - purpose of the development - entity or person requesting this development - end of development date 1- New features ################################### New pages --------- - "Download VO ID card info" page in VO section (see below) - "VO information" page in Home section (see below) - ENOC dashboard available in RC, ROC and COD sections Downloadable dump of VO ID cards -------------------------------- This release includes, in relevant page, an access to VO information in downloadable format: * VO ID card info (Details about the VO, technical requirements, contacts, etc.) available in XML format * AUP files (Acceptable Use Policy) available in the orginal submitted format (txt, doc, pdf...) * VOMS certificate Public Key available in in .crt format These dumps and files are available from the following pages and sections: - VO ID card of a given VO (in VO users, VO, RC, COD and OAG sections) - New "Download VO ID card info" page in VO section - New "VO information" page in Home section Automatic upload of VOMS certificate public keys ------------------------------------------------ VOMS certificate public key, previously uploaded on VO Id cards by VO managers, are now automatically obtained by the portal, querying the appropriate VOMS server.
