It is dedicated to ensure: # to be a management tool for CIC objectives # to be an entry point for all Egee actors for their operational needs # to manage the available informations about Egee's VO # to monitor and ensure grid day-to-day operations on grid resources and services Each actor of Egee will then be able to enter or have access to informations from an operational point of view according to its role into Egee - what we define as an actor's view: # VO views : actions depending upon VO Managers and VO administrator # VO mb views : actions depending upon VO members responsabilities # RC views : actions depending upon RC responsabilities # and so on with CIC and ROC. improvements ################################### ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - DISPLAY / "COSMETIC" IMPROVEMENTS The news are displayed in a better way We improved the display on some pages ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - ROC VIEWS / SERVICES INFO ROC staff can view the services (RBs, BDIIs, ...) available in their federation ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - ROC VIEWS / WEEKLY REPORT ARCHIVES & ONLINE FORM The weekly report form to fill before each GDA has been improved. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - VO VIEWS / ACTIVITY A tool has been set up to allow VO Managers to publish info on their Data Challenges. This is the first version of the tool. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - BROADCASTING TOOL A new feature is available for CICs : publish to all site admins, using the contact address they have provided in the GOC DB More information is displayed about which mail contacts are used by the tool ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - GENERAL COSMETICS FOR INFORMATION DISPLAY Information is displayed in a clearer way, and some missing information has been added in order to make pages more readable. This concerns General information about VOs, about sites, resources and grid services ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - CIC VIEWS / CIC ON DUTY DASHBOARD Some improvement have been made, following requests from CIC-on-duty staff : - No more check boxes in the modification form - Confirmation windows and value coherence tests added - ticket display improved ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - CIC VIEWS / ADMINISTRATION This part is dedicated to administration/update by the OMC on data we maintain. This is now operational. Some improvements are still to be done.
