It is dedicated to ensure: # to be a management tool for CIC objectives # to be an entry point for all Egee actors for their operational needs # to manage the available informations about Egee's VO # to monitor and ensure grid day-to-day operations on grid resources and services Each actor of Egee will then be able to enter or have access to informations from an operational point of view according to its role into Egee - what we define as an actor's view: # VO views : actions depending upon VO Managers and VO administrator # VO mb views : actions depending upon VO members responsabilities # RC views : actions depending upon RC responsabilities # and so on with CIC and ROC. Access to information is allowed to everyone having a Certificate recognized in EGEE/LCG Access to specific tools is limited to staff having to use these tools (this is especially the case for CIC-on-duty tools and administration tools). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - BROADCASTING TOOL A new verion of the EGEE BROADCAST tool is available. This has been designed to simplify the broadcasting process, following what is to publish. This tool is available in VO, RC, ROC and CIC views, section Publish info ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - BACKEND - GENERAL SITE ARCHITECTURE Scripts extracting data from EGEE/LCG BDIIs have been improved. Information displayed for each VO has been improved too. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - GENERAL COSMETICS FOR INFORMATION DISPLAY Information is displayed in a clearer way, and some missing information has been added in order to make pages more readable. This concerns General information about VOs, about sites, resources and grid services ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - CIC VIEWS / CIC ON DUTY DASHBOARD The new interface with GGUS for CIC-on-duty Operations is fully operational. Some improvements are still to be done. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - CIC VIEWS / ADMINISTRATION This part is dedicated to administration/update by the OMC on data we maintain. This is now operational. Some improvements are still to be done.
