Daily Check (General links, scheduled downtimes, testzone report, link to FAQ...) - Hourly Check (links to mailing list archives) - Other tests & tools (Monitoring Tools, mailing tool) - Hand Over (logfiles and procedures for hand over from a CIC on duty to the next one) - All-in-one Dashboard (overview of various tools on a single page) The mailing tools consists on a templates-based mail form for CIC on duty staff to contact a given site for a given problem. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - RESOURCES INFOS In RC views and CIC views, general information is displayed for each site (site name, various contacts, number and name of CEs, queues and supported VOS, number and name of SEs, protocols and supported VOs, middleware version...) These data are extracted from EGEE/LCG BDIIs and are daily updated at 5:00am ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - SERVICES INFOS In CIC views, general information is displayed for : - RBs - BDIIs - RLS - R-GMA - MyProxy These data are extracted from EGEE/LCG BDIIs and are daily updated at 5:00am ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - VOs INFOS In CIC views, VO views and VO Member views, general information is displayed for each VO (RBs supporting this VO, RLS info, available CE with CPU information, available SE with storage space information). These data are not daily updated, but should be in a future release.
